Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after purchase.
Processing begins once your order is confirmed.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
PREMADE (ON HAND)
In-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS (domestic).
ALL SALES
All sales are final.
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order is placed.
Exceptions are only made if:
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a verified manufacturing issue
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
Please allow time for handling before shipment.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure your shipping info is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
