REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, we will take care of you if something is wrong with your order.
You may be eligible for a replacement if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a verified manufacturing defect
To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not cover:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen packages (once shipped)
